Sleep and Sleep Paralysis

I love sleeping because I dream almost every time when I fall asleep. However, I remember only some of my dreams. Scientists say that dreams are forgotten within 5 minutes. I disagree with them because sometimes when I wake up, some of them remain very vividly in my mind. Even hours later, some dreams still remain vividly. In my opinion, if you try hard to remember your dream, different scenes from your dream often pop up. If you train yourself every morning, you will get better at it. The more you try to remember your dream every morning, the more your dreams will become vivid in your head. Sleeping can be exciting but encountering sleep paralysis is not exciting. Sleep paralysis is when you wake up but your body is still asleep. I experience sleep paralysis nearly every time I sleep and wake up. Many people describe sleep paralysis as something scary because it feels like someone is pressing you down from your chest. I personally believe that sleep paralysis is scary but I do not have nightmares. The scary part about sleep paralysis is that I can't breathe properly and wake up. My body wouldn't move even though I tell it to move. I try to move my fingers, head, and arms but they do not move at all! Sometimes I hear weird noises. Many people experience sleep paralysis with nightmare.

They claim that it feels like someone is watching watching you. In addition, Scientists claim that sleep paralysis naturally occurs during REM (rapid eye movement). They say that sleep paralysis prevents people from acting our their own dream. I wanted to share this with you guys because I thought people would be interested in this topic.

Weirdest Dreams 2

I had one of the most strangest dreams again. I was in pile of snow fully dressed in my ski uniform. I was with my friends but I can't remember who they were. They were also fully dressed in their ski uniform. We were in a ski resort but interestingly, there were no people other than us.
We were skiing but we didn't have ski poles. Some of them had but many of us didn't. We were skiing down the isle and we stopped on the top of the slope. There were many slopes but I can't remember which slope we stopped at. The dream was divided into many segments. As soon as we stopped on a slope, I've realized that we were attacked by a bunch of cockroaches. There were cockroaches everywhere. On the slope, there was a big wooden temple. It had two big side bars standing parellel to each other. The bars held one big wooden shield. Through the holes that were on the wooden ceiling, cockroaches appeared everwhere. I can't remember what our reactions were, but I do remember that I ran away.

I also want to tell you guys about the scary dream I had more than 2 years ago. Well, it all started like this. I was in a school with orphans. The school was quite huge with more than 1000 kids. The school buliding looked very nice but it had strict policies. We were not allowed to do certain things. Forexample, the students were not allowed to question the authority or rules. We ate certain food and did certain activities. Most importantly, we had only 20 or 5 minutes of Bathroom break each day. I don't remember how much time was given but the bathroom break was really short. It was scary because people who didn't return from the bathroom after 5 minutes, the students were reported missing. In addition, students who questioned the school's authority, they were killed or secretly kidnapped. Everyone in the school was living a very controlled and strict life. One of my friends stayed in the bathroom for more than 5 minutes and she was reported missing the next day. I was one of the victims. I was in the bathroom and I really had to use the bathroom. I stayed in the bathroom for more than 5 minutes and all of a sudden the main entrance to the bathroom started slowly closing down. By the way, the bathroom looked like a big white castle. It had huge metal spike doors that covered all the main entrances to the bathroom. I can't remember what happened from there but something happened. I was led to a room and I found my old friends. They were dead.... to be continued.

Hael Carter

I am staring at the window again. It is night and it’s fairly dark outside. I can see the stars very clearly but I do not see the moon. The cars are still constantly moving and disappearing through buildings. I saw more than five stars 3 nights ago, but today, I can only see one big star in the sky. Interestingly, this reminds me of a story that I’d written almost 5 years ago. The story is about Hael Carter who is a fictional character created by me when I was 10 years old. I made 2 thick comic books about her life but I’ve only shown them to my little sister. The modified version of this story is similar to Star Trek (the new version).

Hael Carter is an intelligent girl. She has purple eyes with blue hair. Unlike us, her skin is blue colored and she is not from earth. She is a human from a completely different world. Even though she was from a different world, she was born on earth and it all happened tragically. Her parents loved traveling through space by spaceships. When they were traveling through space, they discovered a beautiful planet—earth. So they decided to visit earth before heading home. Their spaceship was soon discovered by a military plane from earth and was shot down. The parents of Hael both immediately died but Hael survived the crash. She hardly remembers the crash because she was only 4 months old but she claims that she remembers her parents vividly. She also claims that she remembers her parent’s bodies taken by humans while she was taken to the lab. When Hael Carter was 8 years old, she was sent to a private school. She was exposed to the world of humans. There were other similar students like her. Some of them were grays, reptilians, and other form of humanoids. Overall, she goes to this private school and learns more about earth. She makes friends and discovers the darkest secrets of all times. The picture on the left depicts Hael. The picture below depicts her best friend. I forgot her name.
PS: I drew these pictures.

The Undomestic Godess

The Undomestic Godess is a novel written by Sophie Kinsella. She works at Financial Times but she wrote many books that are best sellers. I read many of her books but I liked this book,The Undomestic Godess, in particular. This novel is a story about Samantha Sweeting. She works at a very prestigious law firm called Carter Sprink. Her ability to finish her tasks and work intellectually is admired by her colleagues. However, she works constantly and non-stop. Her life is very uptight. Forexample, she always has her blackberry next to her so she can check her emails. She reviews legal documents and writes reports. She can't stand wasting every second of her life;she was a perfectionist. Once, she was in a massage salon but she got out of there after 5 minutes. She also schedules her daily life every 6 minutes. Her life is all 'perfect' because she earns lots of money, works at a very prestigious lawfirm in London and graduated from Oxford. Even though her life seems perfect, she is disorganized. She has a messy office desk. Her house is a mess. However, one day, something happened to her. Samantha had a report to review, the Glazerbrooks, but she didn't review it before the deadline. As a matter of fact, the deadline was way over due. Samantha has a hard time acknowledging this because she is a perfectionist. She can't believe that she has lost more 5o million pounds. Now, she considers herself a failure. The law firm fires her from the firm. She can't think straight. So, she decides to ride any train and arrives at the last station. She goes into a random house and meets the Geiger family. The Geiger family recognizes Samantha as a housekeeper and pays Samantha. Samantha decides to work as a housekeeper because she wants to settle and calm herself. Samantha, an intelligent layer who doesn't know how to cook or clean, finds herself in a challenging position. She struggles to iron clothes and to cook. Then, Samantha meets a gardener. He is young and strong. His name is Nathaniel. Samantha gets friendly with Nathaniel and they soon like each other. Samantha learns how to cook delicious food because Nathaniel's mom teaches her. Samantha learns how to enjoy and relax in her spare time. She does something that she has never done before. She falls in love with Nathaniel. Later, the Geiger family finds out that Samantha used to be a lawyer. They are surprised because the Geiger family has always thought she was unintelligent and dumb. Carter Sprink finds out that Samantha is innocent;she has been wronged. Someone else was responsible for the report that was over due and he was trying to take advantage of her. Carter Sprink offers Samantha one of the highest positions in the law firm. However, if she chooses to accept the offer, she will lose everything. She will lose Nathaniel and her free time. Moreover, she will have to go back to her old life. Samantha finally makes the decision. I won't tell you guys how it ends. I personally enjoyed this book because it was like watching a movie. Even though this book took me two days to finish, it felt like I was watching a 2 hour movie. The image that is created in my head as I read this book looks so real. But I didn't like when the book dragged too much on particular parts of the story. I was actually extremely annoyed while I was reading because there were too many repetitive suspense. Other than that, the book was awesome.

Weirdest Dream

Two days ago, I had one of the strangest dreams ever and I thought it would be interesting to post this up on my blog. In my dream, I was living in a duality where two different worlds met. There were portals everywhere that led to another world; but, not many people were aware of the existence of these portals. In fact, most of them had no knowledge of the existence of the other world because it was very powerful and magical. Anyone who entered the other side of the world was given this magical power to fly and do anything with their minds. Well, it all started out very spontaneously and randomly. I was in my class when a guy from my class told me there was an old building behind our school. He told me to go there because he thought it would be important. I wondered why he said this to me, so I decided to sneak out of my class and headed straight to the old building. As soon as I entered the old building, I was staggered. There were 3 more students at my age in the building. They were trying to do this test together which I later joined in to help them. I can’t remember what kind of test it was but it was really hard. We worked as a team and helped each other to best of our abilities. Then, something really weird happened. A portal appeared and we were flying directly into it. When we went through the portal hole, I realized that I was in a completely different world. I was scared at first because I didn’t know what was happening. Everywhere I went was filled with sunshine and grass. There were mountain hills and huge trees. There were birds and all kinds of animals. The three other kids were gone and I was by myself until I spotted a school. Well, it was actually a huge hut but it appeared to be a school. Then, out of nowhere, students came out jumping and screaming with joy and happiness. I instantly knew that these kids were students. Many days passed and I found myself sitting in class room with many of these students. I quickly learned how to fly and control basically anything with my mind. I made many friends within a few days.

When I woke up, I was in an extreme happy state. I don’t know what happened from there, but in my dream, I went through the exact same portal two times. The other side of the world was amazing. There were small lakes with fresh grasses all over the land. It was like reliving my past years because I partially grew up in place where I was surrounded by mountains and wooden log houses. I also observed huge trees. I repeat, these trees aren't like any other trees you would find in a forest. All of them were like the size of a tall apartment building. These trees provided habitats for many weird looking animals that I observed. Also, anyone who wanted to fly was given the ability to fly. I was so stunned by this fact because being able to fly was always my childhood dream. Anything was possible and every child I met became my best friend. Even though we met for a day, I felt a very strong connection between them. I don't remember what happened later because there was a period of time when I left the magical world. This dream was, by far, the weirdest dream I've ever had. I also had another weird dream a year ago which I still remember. But that dream is pretty scary because I remember myself crying after I woke up.

Stay tuned for the next post!
By the way, I know the picture above is totally irrelevant to this subject, but I though my blog was plain without pictures. Cya! :)

My New Home!

Hey!
I’m back and I am very excited to be in my new home! My family and I moved into our new home just a few hours ago and I am over excited! Yay! Our home has 5 rooms-- one for my sister, me, parents, and books. I am still not familiar with the arrangements because I have been here only 2 times. We have a kitchen that smells like food and wood. We also have a balcony. It is not exactly a balcony but it’s something like that. You can see the whole view of Caracas from here. Oh god, Caracas is really beautiful, especially at night. I can even see my school’s field but I can hardly see it because it’s pretty dark outside. You can see little cars with red and orange lights moving across the road and instantaneously disappearing into the buildings. I see breezes gently pushing the side of the leaves. I can even see the sparkly words from the advertisements. Also, from up here, it looks as if the hills are covered with tiny pieces of glowing sands put together. Interestingly, there is no speck of light on the far side of the mountains. The mountains look pretty lonely without all these lights. I see green, blue, purple, red, pink, white, orange, yellow, and brown lights simultaneously sparkling in the city of Caracas. Anyway, I have school tomorrow and tomorrow will be Friday. I can’t wait. Thinking of Friday already fills my head with all sorts of different activities that I’m going to do on the weekends
J. I’m probably going to relax and refresh my mind. If I have time, I might listen to music and do my homework or I might think all sorts of things for hours. I can think of many things for good 2 hours. I think about my glasses, earth, space, junk food, bugs, purple eyes, cards, books, politics, crabs, trees, apples, colors, lizards, cockroaches, circles, cars, and the list goes on. The list of different things can go for more than hours and these things I think about are totally unrelated to each other. I mostly think about stars because they are very beautiful—especially at night. The way they glow is nothing like the city lights. They are truly different. The lights in the city are densely packed but the stars in the night sky are all separated from each other. Something about the stars just really captures my attention along with the moon. They are just both fascinating to me in every way. If I put on my glasses, I can see the stars so clearly. I can also see the dark clouds hovering on top of the city. If I find my camera, I will take a picture of this view and post it on this blog, so that way you can also see what I am seeing every night.

In-tro-duc-tion

Hey, I'm the owner of this blog and this blog will be mainly about my interesting stories. Many of the stories or facts written here might be very interesting to some of you guys because most of them will be related to my theories. Sometimes, different writing styles might appear here because what I normally write on this blog depends on my mood. I can even write a story if I want! To begin with, here are some facts about me that you should consider before viewing this blog.
One thing I really hate about this world is control. I do not like to be controlled and having to follow an authority or a rule which I disagree with. They drive me insane. I also do not like arrogant and unfair people. I can't stand orders. I hate when people or students behave in a selfish manner. However, on the bright side, I like reading articles, writings, and books that are related to something I feel passionate about. I like free art because it really allows me to explore different parts of myself. You don't have to carry special artistic talents inorder to be a great painter or an artist. Alot of people are discouraged because they feel that they are not a great artist because of their inability to draw well. That's a complete fallacy! It's absolutely OK to express yourself in a completely free manner. :) Art is really about expressing yourself in different colorful ways. Not all arts have to be colorful or complicated. Just because you can't replicate a real existing object directly into a paper with a pencil doesn't mean you are a horrible drawer. It's really about how well you can convey and manifest your thoughts through art because art is a partial form of language. Other than art, I love having lesuire. The more of it, the better. The reason why I like having lots of free time is because it allows me to explore different parts of myself (just like art). When you have a spare time, you are likely to do something that you are interested in. By doing interesting things, you get know more about your talents and other interests because your interests can lead to different interests. Sometimes, I think of a question and solve it for months (like a little trip to my world). Even years of research can be passed just to solve that problem. Not only that, I absolutely love spending my time concentrating on one thing but it has to be something that I am extremely interested in. For example, meditation is my own way of concentrating. However, for me, meditation do not last long. 15 minutes of meditation was the maximum I've ever had. During the relaxation, you can really feel your heart rate gradually slowing down and it literally allows you to become apart from the actual world. To have a definite effect on this, you must clear your minds, especially people who are in hectic state must follow this step. First, erase your mind about tests, routines, homework, jobs, and everything inwhich you feel constrained in. Second, picture a tranquil place--what ever pleases you-- and close your eyes. If you have trouble doing this, turn a nature sound or a calm song from youtube because it helps you shape your mind. This song is strongly recommended for this activity. Other than meditating, I enjoy sleeping, but I also like being active as much as possible. Doing sports and participating in different games are definitely my style. I may be weaker in particular sports, but overall, I enjoy all of them. I like creating various items. By means, anything. I like creating demin shorts, erasers, cookies of my own recipe and the list goes on for 2 days. Sometimes, and very weirdly, I like being alone and solitary so I stay in my room for a couple of hours. However, I am not tolerant of being locked for many hours. Over all, that was a little part of myself. I look forward to write more. Bye :-)!
